Heating & Gas Related Emergencies

If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, you should call us immediately. Once our heating engineer or gas safe plumber arrives, we can assess the nature of the problem and take appropriate action. In the meantime, don’t light any naked flame or operate electrical switches, make sure you open doors and windows and turn the gas supply off at the main valve.


Plumbing & Water Related Emergencies

A burst or frozen pipe is a common cause of emergency calls - water leakage can cause serious damage to the structure of your property and the electrical wiring. If water leaks near your electrics or electrical appliances, switch off the mains immediately. Do not touch any electrical equipment or appliance which is wet – you may suffer an electric shock. Prior to the arrival of our engineer, turn off the main water stop tap - you will usually find this under the kitchen sink or where the main water pipe enters your property.
